Fork Restaurant Wants You To Explore Modern Producers

To celebrate Philly Wine Week Fork Restaurant is asking guests to try something new. While almost all of us have our personal preference on what styles and varietals of wine we most enjoy, those preferences and tendencies can force us to limit our options. Fork will be offering flights to inspire exploration and discovery, try Perrachon Gamay from Beaujolais, Tinhof Sankt Laurent from Austria and Oddero Barbera from Piedmont, Italy. White wine drinkers can discover Assyrtiko from Santorini, Greece in addition to Gruner Veltliner from Austria. Whatever your preferred style Fork will be offering a flight to help get you out of your comfort zone and into the wild and wonderful world of modern producers.
