Jamonera Tempranillo Wine Dinner

There are four main Spanish regions where tempranillo is the main varietal. Rioja, Toro and the Ribera Del Duero. Each region showcases the grape in a unique way through terroir, climate and wine making traditions. Three courses with each paired with a different tempranillo.

1. Spanish Cured Meat Board- Toro (firm and full)
2. Confit Duck Leg- Ribera Del Duero (fruit forward and modern)
3. Rabbit Fideua- Rioja (evolved and earthy)
