Porks & Corks | Whole Hog Butcher Demo & Happy Hour

Hang with Chef Matt and Steve the Butcher while they breakdown a whole pig in a small group classroom setting. Steve will get the primal cuts squared away and Chef will show you the finer points of the pig. Artisan’s Cellar’s Riley Duffie will be in the house to talk pork pairings.
Guests will enjoy wines from Rimbert and Lucy Margaux with a twist, snacks, and beer from Sterling Pig.
